Color coated plate, also known as PPGI/PPGL . Color coated steel plate is cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as the base plate, after surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), in a continuous method of coating (roller coating method), after baking and cooling products. The coated steel plate has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed, it provides a new raw material for the construction industry, shipbuilding industry, vehicle manufacturing industry, household appliances industry, electrical industry and so on. It has played a good effect of replacing wood with steel, efficient construction, energy saving and pollution prevention.
Introduction: Color-coated coils are based on hot-dip galvanized sheets, hot-dip galvalume sheets, electro-galvanized sheets, etc. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or more layers of organic paint are applied to the surface, and then After baking and curing products.
