Product Parameters

(1) spangle coating of normal zinc coating
During the normal solidification process of zinc layer, zinc grains grow freely to form a coating with obvious zinc flower morphology.

(2) ShellShellSpangle coating of small zinc flowers
During the solidification process of zinc layer, the zinc grains are artificially limited to form as fine zinc flower coating as possible.

(3) Zinc free coating spangle-free
By adjusting the chemical composition of the bath, the coating does not have visible zinc flower morphology, uniform surface.
Galvanizing refers to the surface treatment technology of plating a layer of zinc on the surface of metal, alloy or other materials to play the role of aesthetics and rust prevention. The main method used is hot galvanizing.
 

For galvanized coils, the thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc bath to make the surface of the zinc thin steel plate adhered. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a galvanizing tank with molten zinc to make galvanized steel sheet; alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
